Oregon hunting tags per year, provided the parcel ownerships are divided between husband and wife or similar structure. A timber cruise report done in 2003 shows the property contains 97 acres of primary forest land including almost 6,000 Ponderosa Pine trees of DBH 10 inches or more, the majority of which were 14 inches or greater as of 2003. There are a small number of Douglas Fir on the property as well. The property was harvested in 1959 and so the majority of trees are approximately 45-50 years old, although there are some older trees exceeding 24 inch DBH. As of 2003 the property contained 518,000 board feet (Scribner) of merchantable timber. This property has it all!
