Shipping corrals are easily accessible and the native meadows operate with diversion structures and ditches for flood irrigation. Numerous pastures with good fences allow for rotational grazing and cattle management WILDLIFE & RECREATION: This untouched wildlife haven offers a variety whitetail and mule deer, elk, coyotes, upland game birds, birds of prey, song birds, waterfowl and an occasional bear, lion and bobcat. The adjoined National Forest land acts as a storage and breeding facility for wildlife which more often than not, end up on the ranch as a result of public pressure during seasonal hunting times. Recently stocked ponds hold Rainbow and Brown Trout. Arrow Creek, Pine Creek, Waymeir Creek and Erwin Creek flow through the property. Most of these streams have beaver ponds on them and contain native Brook Trout. The ranch hosts an abundance of Hungarian Partridge, and there are also Ringneck Pheasants. Overall, the ranch provides excellent habitat for fish and wildlife. SUMMARY: This land has a potential for endless opportunities and quiet enjoyment.
