On my personal visits to the ranch, I have witnessed literally hundreds and hundreds of elk and deer running in massive herds, giving the ranch a zoo like quality. Most of the wild game seem to act like they have never seen a human being before. The hunting pressure on the ranch and in unit 10 as a whole is incredibly low. Some might even say the area is over-populated with game. The opportunity for the new owner and his friends and family to hunt this ranch on a year in and year out basis is simply unprecedented.
