More than 800 acres of conserved wildlife habitat are open to public hunting. For golf enthusiasts, the Mt. Snow and Haystack, Stratton's 27-hole course will challenge the best players, and courses like Stowe, Crown Point Country Club in Weathersfield and the Alburg Country Club in the Lake Champlain Islands top the list for scenic games.
