This property borders 3600 acres of ODNR managed Scioto Land Company lands. The preserve was established in 1989 There are currently three cabins on the 65 acres with the two outer cabins designed to be sleeping quarters and containing (electric, base board heat, light with fan, sliding windows, room for two sets of bunks, phone jacks and Directv outlets. Both of these cabins are the same size). The inner most cabin, all cabins are connected via a common walkway, is equipped with (a commode, shower, small electric stove, washer and dryer hook ups, a sink, room for a fridge and microwave and an area for a common table and chairs). The cabins have a common half moon shaped lane with two points of entry and more than ample parking space. The cabins also have additional area in which to have a small fire ring or even a grill. There are two main entrance ways from the cabins into the actual hunting area. The hunting area is rolling with two slightly steep areas. There are trails throughout and very accessible by dirt bike, quad or side by side vehicle. The preserve will also come with two commercial hog feeders both capable of holding up to 1000 pounds of grain. There are several gates on the backside of the property that can lead out into the ODNR land if someone would want to charge for native hunts. The 65 acres with cabins, etc. is priced at $230,000.00. To make Ohio law there is an additional 15 acres of ground available. This land is more open and flat and actually has several noteworthy features.
