The Ocotillo seem to often bloom not only in spring but also in the fall ! This is also VERY Healthy living and many experts on the subject do suggest people come here to live for the healthy climate/air quality and water. I know that for several years the Big June Dallas Texas Conference has been a huge supporter of moving to Our Corner of Arizona for some of the BEST conditions to promote healthy living. This Parcel is also a rare one that IS on the main road going through this subdivision and it is paved already part way to the property and is only about 4 to 6 miles of maintained dirt road, but since it is the main road it is going to be more maintained than many out here and when they do begin paving again it only seems reasonable that this is going to be one of the first roads paved !
