From I35, turn West on Hwy 53, go about 14 miles to Midway Rd., turn North on Midway Rd., drive North on Midway Rd. until it dead ends, turn West on Wildcat Jim Rd. , it becomes Gunter Road, go until you see my sign by a large gas plant on the South side of Gunter Road., drive South beside the gas plant and continue South to the property. There are signs on both ends of the 20 acres.
