Terms: 10% down day of Auction upon entering into Real Estate purchase agreement. Balance due upon Closing in approximately 30 days upon approval of Chariton County Probate Court. The successful bidder will be allowed immediate possession for planting of 2013 crop upon entering a special conditions agreement subject to the final approval of sale.
