Her and her husband, Barry moved to their weekend lake house, "Gantt Lake" in 2007. They quickly decided that Andalusia was a wonderful place and decided to make Andalusia their permanent home. MaryAlyce obtained her Broker's License in February 2010 and opened their in-town location (1803 E. Three Notch) in January 2013 & quickly outgrew that location. They then made the move to their across the street location, 1800 E. Three Notch. They grew again, in 2022 they added onto to 1803 building by 2500 sq ft and have added 13 Agents.
