Nice property that has some wooded and some cleared acreage. There is a mobile home that will go with the land, but must be surveyed, the owner wants to convey an easement of 10 feet wide from the county road 728 back to the five acres. The easement would begin on the opposite side of the drive way which is the entrance now, but not beside the drive way, but on the opposite side of the 310 ft of road frontage the owner has now , the 310 ft is her yard, that runs parallel with co rd 728, and she would like to convey the last 10 ft for an easement to the back five acres and mobile home of the property, she wants to sell.
