A beautiful 1950s home with almost all the furniture you need to live in it included; nice clean plush rugs throughout the home and top-quality wooden-panneling in pristine condition in the entry-way and den. And, while it surely may need a bit of work on the kitchen and carpeted floors to move to tile, the condition of counters and in-built cabinets is superb, and, particularly, the old 1960s range is a stellar item in top condition really that gets proper hot and the oven is like a stone-fire and I would base an entire restoration approach around maintaing such elements(because modern homes are built to such a low-standard).
