Also, throughout the timber, you’ll notice deer trails throughout like highways, and every time on the farm, when coming over the hilltop to the back tillable acres, deer galore out feeding. The established internal trail system allows you to access all areas of the farm with ease by truck or UTV and walking trails to access stand locations to remain undetectable. There are 5 food plots throughout the farm all placed along pinch points and funnels and well protected. Green Screen has been planted annually around the plot areas providing additional concealment. The Redneck box blind, additional box blind, hay bale blind, and tri-pod stand along with feeders and four-poster tick stations will remain on the property so one can step right on the farm and be ready to hunt. The entire perimeter of the farm is fully fenced with barbed wire and new gates at the south and west entrances. 40’ Conex box sits just inside the west gate entrance by the shooting range and is perfect dry secured storage for all implements, stands, and more.
