Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Gifford 40 Tract (Listing #5057) described as NW of SW, Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 16 West, containing 40 acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see maps by clicking "Brochure & Maps" button). The tract is located six (6) miles northeast of Malvern and Perla, Arkansas. Access is deeded easement via unimproved woods road across adjoining timberland from Gifford Road. Timber consists of merchantable mature pine on flat terrain with hardwood concentrated along Tenmile Creek and smaller tributary. Pine site index averages ninety-one (91) feet (base age 50) on silt and fine sandy loam soils.
