643+/- Acres Unimproved Dry Farmland located approximately 10 miles south of Bushnell, Nebr. Property in a good wheat producing area. The majority of the producing land has mile to gentle slope. Historically, this land was enrolled in the CRP program and has been in the process of being put back into production.
Seller will reserve all of the minerals that they may own. However, from a recent legal opinion the seller currently owns 1/2 interest in the Minerals. A prior reservation of 1/2 interest will return to the surface owner in January of 2019 should there be no production prior to that time.
