Thanksgivings were spent with the family frying turkeys between the morning and evening hunts, and every night under the star-filled sky was spent by the crackling mesquite wood fire.
The labor of love was for everyone who visited, especially their grandchildren who learned to shoot a gun, ride a dirt bike, create a mosaic stepping-stone, and bake a Texas Sheet cake at "the Ranch"! It is the place where time stops, lessons are learned, and stories are shared.
