METHOD & TERMS OF SALE
All 4 tracts will be sold individually and in the order listed. Tracts 1, 2 & 3 will be sold on a price per acre basis, based on the surveyed acres. Tract 4 will be sold for a lump sum amount. Ten percent of the bid price is to be paid at the conclusion of the auction with the balance due at the time of closing on or before January 20, 2026. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the Sellers. Immediately following the auction the successful bidders will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the Sellers.
