There is a butler's pantry with French doors & stained glass and a half-bath with a stained glass window with a solid stone sink.
The dining room elegantly adjoins the sitting area and features a Schonbek crystal chandelier & recessed ceiling with ambient lighting. Custom solid wood built-in cabinets line the home office.

The 3,500 sq. ft. climate-controlled stable was also built in 2009. It has four stalls with Nelson automatic waterers & fans, a wash stall with hot/cold water and heat lamps, tack room, storage room and laundry room with a raised dog-washing station.
