Biddick Ranch
On the open market for the first time, the Biddick Ranch is located approximately 14 miles northwest of Laramie, Wyoming. This contiguous 13,146 acre legacy ranch is made up of 12,826 deeded acres and 320 State of Wyoming lease acres. With 4,060 adjudicated irrigated acres, the ranch currently puts hay up on 2,200 irrigated acres and uses the remaining 1,860 irrigated acres for grazing in conjunction with the 9,086 acres of native grass pasture. The carrying capacity is owner-rated at 650 head of cow/calf pairs year-round. The ranch is able to produce enough hay to feed its own livestock during the winter months, in addition to producing approximately 1,000 ton of hay each year to sell. There are three wells located on the ranch that feed into an excellent water system providing water not only to all the corrals but to seven pastures.
