HARWELL 90 TRACT

The property is located on the south side of CR 180 in the eastern part of Alcorn

County, Mississippi. There is an abundance of deer and small game species. 74.4 acres of the

property were planted in the 2006-2007 planting season with 2 nd generation improved loblolly

pine following a chemical site preparation treatment. The stand is well stocked with

approximately 450 trees per acre. The remainder of the property consisting of 15.6 acres

of quality mixed pine-hardwood Streamside Management Zones. There is good access off CR

180 on a woods road that runs through the middle of the property.
