Horseshoe Lake Waterfowl Hunting

80 acres just South of Horseshoe Lake Conservation Area. Out of the 80 acres 77 acres has recently been enrolled in the WRP program. There is a 50ftx70ft quonset hut that sits on the 3 acres that are not enrolled in the WRP program. The quonset hut has a concrete floor, electric, water and could function as a hunt camp, storage or even add a few camper hookups. The property features 2 Duck blinds with approximately 10 acres that are set up to be flooded. The property has been leased for waterfowl (Duck and Snow Goose mainly) the current tenant is willing to continue leasing the property. Being that the property has just been enrolled in the WRP program the new owner will be able to take part in implementing the WRP program and possibly recoup some of their investment in tree planting and/or impoundment work to design their own hunting property.
