Pastures: The ranch is fenced into four pastures, and seven traps.
Livestock Water: Live stock water from seven wells, nine miles of pipeline, and four dirt tanks. There are also three non-working ones. Additional waterings are provided by Lyman Lake,and the Little Colorado River.
Corrals and Barns: There are five older ones in use, and new shipping corrals built in 2002. The barn is a 40x40 steel building on concrete.
Elevation: Ranges from 5,700 feet to 6,700 feet.
Terrain: The topography is characterized by rolling hills, open draws, rolling volcanic mesas, and two canyons.
Grasses: The principal grasses are: blue gramma, sideoats gramma, alkali sacton,galleta, needle and thread, indian rice and much more.
Browse: The primary browses are chamisa, winterfat, black sage, fringed sage, Apache plume, cliff rose,
and mountain mahogany.
Trees: There are juniper and pinion trees on the hills and in the canyons. Cottonwoods grow along the Little Colorado River.
Lake and River Frontage: There is frontage on Lyman Lake and approx. 2 1/2 miles of the Little Colorado River winds through the ranch.
Residences: The ranch offers two seperate homes. The headquarters home is a three bedroom, two bath.An attached garage, a deck, and a sun room.The second home offers five bedrooms and three baths.And a one room bunkhouse.
Leases: The leases were just renewed thru the state and they are good until August 2019.
