Notes from photographer: This property is pretty awesome. The road that leads to it well maintained and easy to navigate, although it could get muddy during rain storms and after snow. Once at the property, you can see the plain and tree line of the lands higher elevation. As you head south on this, you can see it will drop in elevation to a dry wash, which fills up during heavy rains and snow melts. There are a few neighbors, although the nearest occupied property is about 1-2 parcels east of this one. Because of the elevation changes and tree lines, you cannot see them. Utilities are not apparent and cell service was spotty. The nearest services to this property are in St Johns. More resources can be found in Snowflake, about 30 minutes farther to the West of St. Johns.
