Recreation from whitetail deer, to rio grande turkey, hog are common place. In addition the ranch is surrounded by larger ranch owners. There are 2 stock ponds as well as a small wet weather creek that goes through the property. The terrain is gently rolling w/heavy mesquite and scattered oak trees, chaparral bushes, etc. Electricity is available on the McMurtry Rd, and there is a rural water line that runs in front of the property.
