There is a living area located on the second floor with two bedrooms and one bath, and fireplace. This living area is ideal for an on premise manager/caretaker. In addition, the third floor has five unfinished bedrooms with baths (studs, plumbing, and electrical are all in place). This unfinished area could be completed for additional rental or space for staff to work during the hunting season. The kitchen is commercial grade and fully equipped with refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, dishwashers, stove and grill. All prep areas in the kitchen are stainless steel counters and sinks.
