Tract #4 is approximately 875 acres of pine and hardwood timberland well stocked with maturing pine timber stands, pine plantations, and a nice stretch of Chemin-A-Haut Creek bottomland. This tract has a 40 X 30 metal hunting camp building located on one of the two gated gravel roads. The gravel roads provide secured access to both sides of the creek bottom with a network of internal woods roads for logging and hunting access.

About 70% of the acreage consists of upland pine stands, most of which have been thinned and are developing into pine sawtimber stands and some younger pine plantations. The remaining acreage is located in the Chemin-A-Haut Creek bottomland and has been selectively thinned within the past two years to leave a nice stand of hardwood sawtimber and pulpwood.
