The timber on the tract is high grade mature pine sawtimber with a mix of hardwood and pine pulpwood in the understory.

Merchantable Timber: Kingwood Forestry conducted a timber inventory in August of 2011 using a 1/10th acre fixed radius plot method on a 2X10 chain grid (1 plot per 2 acres). Trees were tallied in 2 inch diameter classes by species and product and were estimated to the nearest standard log length. Volumes were calculated using locally accepted volume tables in both board feet and tons.
