The Lake Georgia Pacific Tract is located 5.2 miles northwest of Crossett, Arkansas, 1 mile east of Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge, and 1.8 miles southwest of Lake Georgia Pacific. The property is described as the N of the SW of the NE of Section 32; Township 17 South; Range 9 West; containing 20 acres, more or less, located in Ashley County, Arkansas.
Timber on this tract consists primarily of +/-25 year old small sawlog, chip-n-saw and pulpwood size mixed planted and natural unthinned loblolly pine. There is a small drain running through the property and along this drain is hardwood and cypress sawtimber and provides an excellent corridor for game to travel.

Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. conducted a timber inventory cruise of the property in July of 2017. The inventory cruise of the merchantable timber consisted of 20, 15 BAF sample points. Trees were tallied in 1 inch diameter classes by species and product. Volumes were calculated using locally accepted volume tables. Summarized timber reports are available upon request.
