Owner will convey 10% of all oil, gas and mineral rights owned.
UTILITIES:
Power is supplied by Central Power and Light and Karnes Electric. Power is available ant the center of the farm near the cattle working pens and at both the southeast and southwest corners of the property.
WATER:
The Carrizo-Wilcox irrigation well has 12" to 10" casing and is approximately 1,700'. Static water level is approximately 180' to 225' depending on the time of year and the annual rainfall recharge. The well is equipped with a 200 H.P. motor gear head, column pipe and pump. The well is capable of approximately 1,800+- GPM. There are some shallow tanks located on the farm and are excellent for dove hunting and watering cattle. There is a shallow stock type well, 350' +- depth, that supplies water to 6 water troughs located on the farm.
