HUNTING:

WATER:
The Carrizo-Wilcox irrigation well has 12" to 10" casing and is approximately 1,700'. Static water level is approximately 180' to 225' depending on the time of year and the annual rainfall recharge. The well is equipped with a 200 H.P. motor gear head, column pipe and pump. The well is capable of approximately 1,800+- GPM. There are some shallow tanks located on the farm and are excellent for dove hunting and watering cattle. There is a shallow stock type well, 350' +- depth, that supplies water to 6 water troughs located on the farm.
PRICE:
There is a recent appraisal, performed by a certified appraiser, that established the Farm has a current appraised value of $1.5 million.
