This area in general, and this ranch in particular, is home to a high deer density with quality genetics. The property has been lightly hunted with management in mind for the past several seasons. The current owner has developed multiple stand locations, feed sites, and food plots. Three All Seasons box blinds on towers (one rifle, two rifle/archery combo), along with multiple ladder and archery tree stands, are already in place and will convey. High-quality gravity-flow and spincast feeders are spread around the hunting areas and will also convey. The ranch also has a healthy turkey population and various small game species.

The beautiful rolling terrain is about 50% open native pasture with scattered trees and 50% heavily timbered wildlife cover.
