From Sealy, travel east on Interstate 10 and exit FM 1458. Travel south till the sharp bend in the road to the east and continue straight on Harvest Road for 1/2 mile till the T at Mixville Road. Turn right and continue to Brewer Road and turn left. Continue down approximately 1/2 mile till you see the Bill Johnson and Associates sign on the left. A 70' fee simple strip down takes you to the property.
