The front porch framing, the rear covered porch & the supports were all detached during the hurricane/flooding event. There was impact damage to the roof which was a result of velocity flow and floating debris impact during the storm. Erosion from velocity flow was throughout the rear yard & around the foundation. The rear left footing was undermined, which resulted in an unsupported condition. Water did enter the house via vents & some of the wood flooring has a small amount of curling. Please use caution on the uneven side deck when entering house. POA fees are $450/yrly PER lot. Once repaired this would make a fantastic rental or vacation home. Short term rentals are allowed.
