Gerber Tract

The Gerber tract is approximately 160 acres in Baldwin County Alabama, just east of Bay Minette near the town of Perdido. The tract has frontage on Phillipsville road providing good access for a multitude of uses. Timber on the tract is primarily made up of a 4 year old Loblolly Pine Plantation that could easily be converted to alternative uses. Dyas Creek runs along the eastern boundary providing a hardwood riparian area for wildlife.
