TERRAIN: The terrain of the ranch is beautiful with hill sides on the East and West and Crow Canyon valley running through the middle of the ranch. The creek that traverses through the property is flowing to the North where it runs into Verde Creek. The ranch consist mostly of wooded and covered property with large towering oaks, elms and an occasional cypress tree along the creek bank.
IMPROVEMENTS: The property has an older ranch house on the property that is in fair and livable conditions. Fences on the ranch or fair with needed repair in areas.
WATER: The Crow Canyon Creek traverse the ranch and has multiple underground springs. This creek could be made into a beautiful and stunning water feature with the right amount of work. There is a small stock tank on the ranch as well.
