The Mountain Man Hideaway is a 4+ bedroom custom Upper Peninsula Cabin located just east of Mt. Curwood, the second highest point in Michigan. A 400+/- foot earthen dam is located at the Headwaters of the Peshekee River, and creates a 10+/- acre, 20 to 25 foot deep, lake in front of the cabin. You can fish for Chubs & Trout, or watch Bear, Beaver, Moose, Pine martin, Whitetail deer, and all kinds of waterfowl as they visit the lake. There are 5-6 miles of good trail system and 3 enclosed blinds located on this parcel. The modern cabin features a knotty pine interior with lodge look fixtures, carpeting and ceramic tile flooring. It will sleep 12 people comfortably. A generator supplies power and two cisterns collect wash water. Drinking water is carried in. Minerals Rights will be retained by the Sellers.
