Auctioneers Note. This is the closeout of an outstanding estate. We are selling everything in its entirety as it sits. The real estate is the offering and focus of the auction. Any personal property that remains on-site at the time of closing is part of the real estate purchase and becomes the property of the buyer. Any keys or titles found will be left with the property. We have no knowledge of the operational aspects of equipment, appliances, vehicles or tools and nothing will be sold separately.
Auction Terms:
All successful bidders will be required to sign a contract for the purchase and deposit 10% of the total bid price as earnest money to be held in escrow. The earnest money will be applied to the purchase price at closing. A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final bid for a total contract price. The sale will not be subject to loan requirements or appraisals. The sale will be final and any loan requirements will be the buyer's responsibility.
