Soil/Topography: Majority of the soil makeup consists of Class II New Cambria & Harney Silt Loams. As for topography the northern half has a gentle north to south slope, with the south half of the property being table top level and some of the best laying tillable you will find in Barton county. No terraces in place.
Tenancy/Possession: Sellers are in a verbal year to year crop share agreement with their current tenant. Sellers 1/3 interest in any growing crop will covey to the buyer upon closing with no reimbursement for inputs. Tenants rights will apply to all acres drilled to wheat.
