It is currently run as a cow/calf and hay operation from May through October. The land can comfortably support approximately 300 head of cattle. There are approximately 900 acres of flood irrigated land, about 200 of which is hay ground. Nine senior water rights convey with the ranch, all of which are exclusive rights off Mussigbrod Reservoir. The Lazy K Ranch includes a 14,000-acre USFS lease in Saginaw Meadows out of Jackson.
