If an entire county parcel is purchased then no survey will be prepared; it will be conveyed by deed description only and price will be calculated using deeded acreage. The exception is the 135.498 acre parcel off Everett Rd, for which there is a good survey (but no road frontage access by deeded easement only), and therefore, no adjustment required.
