A Rinnai on-demand water heater will save money on fuel costs. With the technology comes a lovely open concept home, both simple and elegant. Tile flooring on the main level and in the bathrooms make for easy housekeeping while the bamboo flooring on the second and third levels lend warmth and character. The main level floor plan includes an open concept kitchen/dining room with access to the deck and views. The large first floor bath houses a shower plus washer and dryer. Another large room, currently used as separate living quarters, has a full bath, wall of kitchen cabinetry, induction cook top and separate entrance. This space also has deck access and views and can very easily be converted to a family room.
