The Drew Tract is located on the west side of Roquist Pocosin Road in Bertie County, North Carolina. The Roquist Pocosin area of Bertie County is well known for its hunting opportunities and wildlife abundance. The Drew Tract has a total of 212.37 +/- contiguous acres. There are 49.39 +/- acres of cleared land and 162.98 +/- acres of timberland. There is a 140.77 +/- acre pine plantation (Stand 001) that has been v-sheared, bedded, and planted.
