This ranch is fully high fenced and would be great for a family hunting ranch, or a small commercial operation. There is a lot of topography with some sweeping views, as well as some open meadows within the ranch. A seasonal creek running along the western edge of the property flows into a small pond which could be expanded into a several acre lake. Large oak motts are found throughout the property, along with healthy stands of native grasses. Prescribed cattle grazing has been done to improve the already plentiful grass and cover.

Water:

There is a nice pond that is fed by a seasonal creek that flows northwest to southwest on the western edge of the property, and another small pond on the southern half of the property. There is a lot of terrain on this property for its size, with some large sweeping views off of both sides of the property. There are plenty of flat areas for building sites, or food plots both on the top section or lower sections of the property.

Improvements:

The ranch is high fenced has some cross fencing. There is a small wooden pier at the pond, and good roads throughout. There are power lines adjacent to the property, but they do not cross this ranch.

Recreation/Hunting:

As a high fenced ranch, this would be a great place to grow a trophy deer herd, raise exotics, or whatever else an outdoorsman would like to pursue. There are plenty of opportunity for dove, ducks, wild pigs, and Rio Grande turkeys as well.
