Bourbon County, Kansas is one of the coolest counties you will find in the state of Kansas. It offers a wide variety of terrain and contour change as well as a slew of places with tillable, grass and timber diversity. This place is right in line with that and is something that is big enough to do even more with something that is already special. These 71 m/l acres have a layout that is extremely thick and acts as a very nice home for GIANT Kansas whitetails, and it has a ton of potential to be improved even more. This property is covered in timber, thick brush, grass, food and water making it hard for wildlife to leave. While looking at the pictures, you can see why loads of wildlife would be attr...
