The home/hunting cabin is a 36x40 insulated and carpeted building with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and great room. Appliances excluded. There are several excellent locations to build a home on this property and electrical power could easily be supplied. Two small outbuildings are on this property including a chicken coop. There is also a "platform treehouse" in a large oak tree overlooking a beautiful meadow near the center of the property. There is a rural water connection from the Nebraska RWD2 supplying water to the home, corrals and pastures. There are 25 rubber tire tanks providing water for livestock in addition to 7 hydrants and corral/paddock watering facilities. The east side of the ranch consists of 183 acres, with 80 deeded acres plus 103 East school lease acres. The deeded acres are hard pasture, redcedar and hardwood forest.
