Brown County Irrigated Quarters and Creek Bottom-West

This property is also available as Brown County Irrigated Quarters and Creek Bottom West Parcel 1 is a pivot irrigated farm with a Lockwood pivot and Reinke control panel. This farm gets its water for irrigation via underground pipe supplied by the Ainsworth Irrigation District. Water is pumped into a pit where it then is pumped through a filter and into the pivot system. Extensive underground pipe and electrical work has been done to this farm in the last 8 years. A small portion of the Sand Draw traverses the property giving water for the area wildlife. There is an easement for the Bureau of Reclamation for access to the underground pipeline for the irrigation district, which crosses the property and eventually dumps into the creek on the east side of the quarter.
