Terms & Conditions:

All tracts are leased through December 31, 2023 for row crop. Buyer(s) to honor existing leases. Tenant to have access to the growing crops, if any. All tracts will be open after December 31, 2023.

There are no hunting leases on any of the tracts.

If tracts 1 and 2 sell to different buyers, the seller will provide and pay for a legal survey, prior to closing, to divide these tracts.

In the event a survey is required, buyer and seller agree the survey will govern the final acres and the final purchase price for each tract. The successful high bidder, upon completion of the Real Estate Auction, must complete and sign a purchase agreement, and any seller disclosures provided by the seller, and render 10% of the purchase price (earnest money) as a non-refundable deposit in the form of a personal check, business check, certified funds or wire payable to Closing Company. Balance due at final closing.

Premier Land & Auction Group LLC / Real Broker, LLC must receive a signed copy of the contract (hand delivered, faxed, or scanned and emailed) within 24-hours after the buyer has been notified that the sellers have accepted his or her bid.
