NOTICE is hereby given by the Bucks County Tax Claim Bureau, in and for the COUNTY OF BUCKS under Sections 601-609 inclusive of the Real Estate Tax Law of 1947, P.L. 1368, as amended, that the BUREAU of Bucks County Pennsylvania will expose properties against which unsatisfied tax claims have been filed and made absolute by said BUREAU and in which no Agreement to Stay has been executed.

House Bill No. 264 requires prospective bidders to appear in person and register at the BUREAU not less than 10 days before the scheduled upset sale or judicial sale. Registration cut off time is 3:00 PM Friday, September 3, 2021. (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Prospective bidders must supply one FULLY COMPLETED original copy of either the Bidder Individual Registration, Bidder Non-Individual Registration, or the Bidder LLC Registration along with the Affidavit, Bidder Driver's License and $100.00 non-refundable Bidder Registration Fee (check or money order only).
A list of completed applications received will be given to all municipalities within the County at least FIVE days prior to the upset sale or judicial sale. All bidders must be approved prior to bidding.
