Method of Sale:The sale of this property sells at Absolute Online Auction on August 26th 2025. All tracts will extend together if any receive a bid with less than 5 minutes.
Payment:The winning bidder(s) will be required to make a non-refundable deposit the day of auction with the signing of an Adam Marshall Land & Auction, LLC purchase agreement. Wire transfer, certified or personal check accepted. The balance will be due at closing. Tract 1 & 3 deposit is $25,000 each. Tract 2 deposit is $50,000.
Closing:Closing of the transaction will beSeptember 30th, 2025.
Possession:Full possession of the property will be given upon closing, subject to the current tenants lease.
Financing:This sale is NOT contingent upon buyers financing. Prospective buyers should make their financial arrangements prior to the auction.
