These are prime recreational tracts that represent excellent mixed bag hunting opportunities, and two of the tracts have excellent grazing potential as well. Tract 1715 This property consists of 114 acres of heavily wooded accretion ground on the North side of the Platte River. A large secondary channel winds through this property, providing open water for waterfowl all winter long. There are also a couple warm water sloughs that would provide open, relatively still water for ducks.The woods are home to numerous deer and wild turkey. Game trails wind throughout, there are numerous great locations for a tree stand. There are farm fields just north that provide good foraging.There is a pond with a home site on it that arewithin the boundaries of this Tract, but the pond and homesiteare notpart of the 114 acres being auctioned.
