This large block of property will be sold by Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) at an online public auction. Bids will be accepted from November 9 through noon on November 16, 2021. The property is in Cache and Weber Counties and contains 8,106.78 acres. It is located west of Ant Flat Road, just north of the Cache/Weber County boundary line. Cinnamon Creek runs through the property. The terrain is varied and a large ravine runs east to west through the southern side of the parcel, where Cinnamon Creek is located. Powder Mountain Ski Resort is about 4 miles southwest of the property. Several stockwatering rights are included with the property. The property has previously been used for grazing, hunting, and other recreational purposes.
Legal access to the property is from the southern side of the parcel through an reciprocal easement agreement that will be transferred with the property (Predesignation No. 620). Another physical access point is on the eastern side of the parcel through property owned by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources.
